Never Trust Human Resources, Especially if YOU are the Victim of Bullying

Ask yourself this question? “Did I get fired or was force to quit after I reported being bullied?” This seems to be the case if you report a manager to human resources. I have never had a positive experience with human resources after I reported being bullied. However, if you are the target, then human resources will use any complaint against you. Here are some examples that people have emailed me: Lisa was offended when the target (victim being bullied) stated that she was scared of red heads. However, Lisa was not offended when a coworker (who is not being bullied) states “Show us your balls Kevin”!! Another example, Josh is offended by a picture being shown of a woman in a bra. However, he was not offended when Denise showed him a picture of a penis with a lock on it. Josh was offended by the target (person being bullied), but not offended by the person not being targeted. When you are the victim of being bullied, human resources will use anything against you. Coworkers will write reports on you and some of those reports might not be true. I advise you to request a copy of your file often, especially if you are a victim of bullying. Many times coworkers will write stuff against you because they think you will never find out about it, or you will find out after you have been fired and long gone.
