This blog is for anyone who has ever been victim of bullying. I have been a victim of workplace bullying. One time I had a panic attack at work and had to be taken to the emergency room by ambulance. I know what it is like to be ignored, or have a coworker stab you in the back because you are the target of the bullying. I know what it is like to look into your personnel file and seeing complaints made about you, whether true or false. I also know what it is like to have nonsupport from human resources. I have also dealt with very unprofessional employers, especially staffing agencies.

 

     I encourage anyone to provide input and share your story. Also feel free to email me articles or advice you might want me to post.
