Are We in High School or the Workplace?

Does the workplace make you feel like you are in high school? The workplace has supervisors who are like teachers. Supervisors (teachers) have their favorite coworkers (students) who can get away with just about anything. You have a variety of cliques in the workplace, and if you are not part of that clique, then you won't get invited to the slumber party. Well, since it is the workplace, it would most likely be a wedding versus a slumber party. What else does high school have?? Bullies, and a bully always knows who they can mess with and who to leave alone. Of course if the bully is a star athlete, then you will not get any support from the Principal. Just like in the workplace if their star employee is the bully, then human resources won't do a thing about it and you will be labeled as the troublemaker.
